DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION & FEES We use UPS & USPS (Postal Service). Using "real time" rates supplied by both UPS and USPS, the customer can select which service he or she wants and obtain a "real time" quote for the service. You pay the ACTUAL cost, not a predetermined rate. Rate will depend on weight and destination. FREE GROUND SHIPPING is offered for all orders for merchandise totally over $150.00. This offer applied only to destinations in the lower 48 states. No liquid paint or solvents can be shipped by air, via the Postal Service or internationally - liquid paint can only be shipped via UPS ground service to the lower 48 states. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER? Orders are processed at our facility in Springfield, Illinois. You can choose between standard shipping (ground) and expedited shipping (air). Standard orders are filled in the order they are received, but generally these orders are filled the same day they are received. We try to ship all orders placed by 1pm Central Time the same day. If you have a deadline by which to get your components, SELECT AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD - UPS offers Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day delivery options (count business days only - not weekends). AIR SHIPMENTS ARE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE ORDER IS SUBMITTED UNLESS SUBMITTED BY 10am CENTRAL TIME. Be sure to select the appropriate Air Service from the shipping menu when completing your order. You'll get a "real time" quote as to what each service will cost. If you have a "has to be here by" deadline, please notify us in the "special instructions" space when placing your order. We will ensure you order is shipped to arrive in time. We will apply the appropriate Air Service shipping cost to your total (if it has not been properly selected). Please note that we only ship your order the day after you submit it, unless submitted by 1 pm Central Time. Keep this in mind when ordering Next Day Air and other Air Service shipments (example - if you order on Thursday "Next Day Air" -order will ship Friday and you'll get it on Monday).
